Infrared welding is one of the most widely used methods by the manufacturers of automatic series welding machines. It is also the most mature and stable welding method at present. It is continuous non-contact welding. During welding, the positive electrode of the battery plate is upward, and the welding belt is fixed on the main grid line through a clamp, and then the whole battery plate is irradiated by infrared rays. The appearance of the welding is more beautiful than the spot welding, and the problem of virtual welding and cracking is most likely reduced.
