Infrared IR lamp is an efficient heating source, it has a quartz bubble shell and tungsten wire, can avoid the tube wall blackening and the resulting drop in light. The advantages of these lamps include high efficiency, fast heat transfer, sensitivity to control devices, compact structure, and light weight. These lamps have the same basic structure as ordinary double-ended halogen tungsten lamps, with longitudinal single or double spiral filaments. The two ends of the lamp tube are sealed by molybdenum foil. The filament is supported in a uniform section with tungsten wire to prevent filament from sagging. According to their different models, horizontal or arbitrary ignition locations can be selected.
